EYP partnered with the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering of the University at Albany to create the National Institute for Sustainable Energy (NISE), a cutting-edge center for zero-energy and sustainability research and development. This initiative allows interdisciplinary work to transcend the traditional boundaries that separate business from academia and government. NISE serves as both a catalyst for energy technology innovations and also a magnet to attract clean energy businesses and industries to the Capital Region and New York State.
