Steve DiRaimo is responsible for all aspects of energy business development including sales, project development, financing, contract development, and engineering. For nearly two decades, he has developed and implemented projects ranging from lighting retrofit and mechanical and electrical upgrades to complex cogeneration projects.

In addition to his technical background as an electrical engineer, Steve has deep expertise in leveraging the complex financing options for energy improvement projects. For instance, he evaluates and identifies the NYSERDA, NYPA, and National Grid funding options that are most applicable to each client’s specific project. His hands-on approach and knowledge of multiple state and local funding sources has helped clients obtain funding to help reduce study costs up to 50 percent.

Prior to joining EYP, Steve was the Business Development Manager for Siemens Building Technologies Energy and Environmental Services Group.
