With 25 years of experience, John Baxter has focused the last 18 years of his career on college and university campuses. He has deep expertise in the programming, planning, and design of student life facilities.

In addition to his sector leadership role, John serves as Project Executive on select projects, where he is known for active listening, responsiveness to client’s needs, and strong team guidance.

John is a member of the Society of College and University Planners (SCUP); the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO); the Association of College Unions International (ACUI); and the Association of College and University Housing Officers International (ACUHO-I). He regularly shares his expertise through presentations and publications on topics ranging from managing an efficient design process to creating effective campus spaces for communities with special needs.
