Joe Volpe has more than 25 years of experience in the architecture and engineering industry. He has exceptional expertise in the leadership and management of term contracts for Federal government clients, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the National Park Service (NPS), and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).

Joe is the Project Executive for the NARA Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, the NPS term contract for the Northeast region, and the National Guard Bureau National IDIQ. He is also responsible for various design-build projects with EYP’s construction partners.
