Ed Kohlberg has led EYP’s government sector for more than 20 years. He develops the sector’s long- and short-term business development strategies and mentors a senior group of architects and engineers to develop and maintain effective agency relationships. He has developed strong relationships with government agencies including the General Services Administration, the National Archives and Records Administration, the National Parks Service, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Navy, the Air National Guard, and the Department of State.

Ed is experienced in many project delivery methodologies and is an expert in the management of large-scale, technically complex, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts. In addition to his technical expertise, he is thoroughly familiar with many federal agency requirements and procedures related to project management, milestone reviews and reporting systems, and design criteria. He shares his expertise through presentations and publications for industry magazines including Military Engineer.
