Melissa Lassor is Chief Human Resources Officer for EYP, providing firm-wide operational and strategic leadership for the full scope of HR issues. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in executive leadership roles, with particular expertise in leading strategic initiatives such as organizational change and development.

Melissa also brings extensive experience in hands-on HR roles including employee relations, professional development, organizational development, and management coaching and training. Her prior experience includes directing Human Resources for Taconic and managing diverse HR roles for GE Plastics.

Melissa is also a professional executive coach. In addition to being a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, she is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management; Capital District Human Resource Association; American Society for Training and Development; World at Work; and a public member of the NYS Landscape Architecture Professional Board.
