Sustainable Facility Magazine recently published an article written by EYP Senior Project Director, Charles Enos, entitled "Retrofitting the Curtain Wall". The article features the William S. Moorhead Federal Building. This renewal project converted an uninviting, non-code compliant, energy hog of a building into a highly desirable office building.
