Radford University, Radford, VA, recently selected EYP Architecture & Engineering to program and master plan a Center for the Sciences that integrates a new science building with an existing 1930s-era Georgian science building and a Modernist 1960s addition to that building. EYP will provide full design services for the new 115,000-gsf science building, scheduled to be occupied in Spring 2014. The center will include all of the natural sciences as well as a planetarium, geology museum, lecture halls, study spaces and a vivarium.
