Rockhurst University, a Jesuit institution in Kansas City, MO, recently selected EYP to prepare a 20-year Master Plan for its 650,000 gsf, 55-acre campus. Top priorities include reducing the University's deferred maintenance, expanding student housing, and renovating Sedgwick Hall. The planning process is expected to take approximately nine months. The Rockhurst project selection team noted in particular that EYP's master planning expert Charles Craig's presentation on the process of campus planning "...was very impressive, it showed great attention to detail".
