EYP has named six individuals as new firm Principals. These invitations were extended to employees whose work consistently demonstrated the highest degree of excellence, professionalism, and commitment to EYP's mission and core values. Additionally, each of these leaders has shown initiative and expertise in his project work and client engagements.
Fadi Bark, P.E., is a Senior Electrical Engineer with more than 22 years of experience. Named Mentor of the Year by the Boston Young Designers group, he specializes in higher education academic and laboratory buildings, corporate laboratories, and Federal government facilities.
Steve Bosland, P.E., CEM, LEED AP, CxAis a member of EYP Energy, working primarily with higher education clients. With more than 30 years of energy evaluation experience with major consulting and performance firms, he combines MEP systems design and analysis expertise with hands-on operational know-how.
Sal Elder, R.A., LEED AP, has more than 20 years of experience serving as Project Architect and Job Captain for Federal government and higher education facility projects. A leader by example, he is known for sharing his extensive technical knowledge through quality reviewing, teaching, and mentoring.
Robert J. Gudz, P.E., CEM, GBE, LEED AP, is an Engineering Project Executive, and combines more than 19 years of experience in MEP engineering with his outstanding dedication to client service. A former U.S. Army Officer, Corps of Engineers, his leadership and extensive engineering expertise strengthen EYP's nationally recognized government practice.
Carter Reich, AIA, NCARB, has focused his 25-year career on the issues and trends that influence the design of successful higher education facilities, especially relating to student life. He is passionate about helping clients create built environments that support unique and thriving campus experiences.
Les Taylor, LEED AP, is an Environmental Expert with more than 20 years of experience in creating award-winning designs for higher education, corporate, and Federal facilities. His unique knowledge base in bioclimatology brings together the two elements that comprise an energy-conscious environment: climate/ecosystems and human habitats.
