After nearly 10 years of work by EYP, the William S.Moorhead Federal Office Building project culminated with an official Tenant Appreciation celebration to welcome all the tenants into their new spaces and signify the completion of construction. Awarded under the GSA's Design Excellence program, this project has been one of the firm's largest projects, consisting of 783,000 gsf on 27 floors in downtown Pittsburgh, PA. All tenant spaces were completely redesigned and the mechanical and electrical systems were completely overhauled and modernized. The project is pursuing LEED-EB certification.

In recognition of the team's hard work, the GSA building manager said, "all our goals were met, the project was delivered on time, on budget, on schedule! We maintained occupancy of the building during the entire renovation period and tenant disruption was kept to a minimum. The key to this success was the team. All worked together seamlessly, the A/E, the CM and the GC. We now have a class A building that we are proud of."
