The Mid-Atlantic chapter of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) recently honored the design-build team of EYP and Forrester Construction Company with a 2011 Merit Award for the Naval Consolidated Operations Center at the historic Washington Navy Yard. The project was recognized in the Rehabilitation/Renovation/Restoration category. DBIA awards celebrate the Mid-Atlantic region’s highest achievements in design-build and innovation.
