After 15 years in its 24 School Street location, EYP Boston is pulling up stakes and moving to Independence Wharf at 470 Atlantic Avenue. The move is the result of the firm’s effort to find a location more conducive to our culture and the way we work. The design of our new office space reflects our commitment to sustainability and we are pursuing LEED certification. Vice President for Design and Expertise Leila Kamal explains, "At 24 School Street, we were segmented into three areas and on two floors. It was important for us to find a location that would bring our office together by accommodating everyone on the same floor." Leila continued, "In addition, we wanted to ensure that the move would not negatively impact the commute of our Boston team or the Boston brand that we’ve developed over the years. Staying in downtown Boston was therefore essential." The new offices will facilitate increased collaboration between project teams, positively impacting our culture as well as our project delivery.
