EYP conducted a two-phase renovation and restoration of this 1840 structure - the focal point of the campus - which includes administrative offices, events spaces, and a museum. We first repaired fire damage, installed a new fire suppression system, and restored the cupola and exterior dome, west portico. The second phase addressed exterior masonry, window and trim restoration, and renovated and restored interior spaces, introducing an interpretive Greek Revival color scheme. This project was completed in conjunction with OPN Architects, Inc.
