Boston College's Law School master plan was developed in response to its Strategic Plan, which called for increasing faculty by 12 percent. EYP worked with the university's administration and capital projects management as well as faculty and administration to develop a strategy for growth of the Law School's physical plant.
The master plan explored both short term (less than seven years) and long term (greater than seven years) space needs. The resulting master plan addressed programmatic requirements, space utilization, and campus roadways and landscape features in an effort to prioritize future capital projects and establish a phased implementation plan.
