EYP provided master planning and design services to the nation's largest energy R&D agency to explore and subsequently implement an environmentally responsible approach to corporate campus planning and incubator design. Our sustainable design of the inaugural facility set the prototype for future development of scientific research, development, and manufacturing spaces targeting clean energy tenants. The extensive use of glass brings daylight deep into the building, establishing a connection with the natural environment. A projecting, two-story glass lobby provides flexible multi-purpose space for all tenants. The award-winning facility has contributed to the development of the region's burgeoning Tech Valley economy by attracting tenants including Lockheed Martin, Starfire Systems, and Global Foundries.
