We helped the Kennedy School assess its existing facilities and space utilization with the objectives of improving existing spaces, defining long-term space requirements, and determining how activities dispersed in multiple locations might be consolidated on the School’s distinctive core campus. The study provided a near-term protocol for instruction space improvements; assessed existing space use, organization, and needs; and developed conceptual design alternatives and budget projections for the long-term development of the School’s core complex. We were subsequently commissioned to undertake the first classroom improvement project, the renovation of Weiner Auditorium in Taubman Hall.
